**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
As a Quality Data Analyst, you systematically analyze the available information from our products based on data from development, production and aftersales.
You and your colleagues in the business units and plants will develop, improve and use the data analysis systematics to early identify and evaluate potential failures in the field and provide relevant information for the introduction of appropriate corrective actions.
This means in detail:

- Developing and analyzing of user stories, taking into account data management and data architecture at Bosch Home Comfort Group;
- Analysis and modelling of data from international CRM (customer relationship management) systems and other relevant databases;
- Development of prognosis models and (partly) automated detection of failure patterns in quality complaints;
- Presentation of the results with modern visualisation tools;
- Integration of new data sources and specification of the corresponding processes for using the data;
- Collaboration in the conception of data analyses in a cross-functional team;
- Promotion and coordination of data analysis across the entities in the business units and plants.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Completed studies in a technical area or information technology;
- Experience in the environment of "Data Analytics" as well as in the field of statistical analysis methods;
- Knowledge in data access and transformation (SQL, );
- Understanding the interaction between data, processes and business needs (interface function);
- Experience in tool-based analysis of big data (e.g. Python, AI development);
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power-BI);
- Structured working attitude as well as strong team and communication skills;
- Very good English skills (German is valued).
