MoveWORK recrute un Inside Sales (F/H) pour son français et son marché espagnol afin de renforcer son équipe Service Client à Lisbonne

**Vos principales missions seront les suivantes**:
Au sein du Service Client, la principale responsabilité de l’Inside Sales est d’assurer la

prise en charge des leads émanant du service clients et d’assurer les ventes internes.

Il devra gérer les cycles de ventes jusqu’au closing mais aussi être en capacité

d’accompagner les clients dans l’appréhension de nos solutions.

Ses principales missions sont les suivantes:
■ Prendre en charge et gérer les leads entrants du service client pour réaliser des

ventes additionnelles ;
■ Faciliter les opérations de vente en conseillant les clients sur les produits adaptés

qui répondent le mieux à leurs besoins ;
■ Elaborer les devis et mener la négociation jusqu’à la signature ;
■ Intervenir en soutien à l’équipe du service client en cas de besoin ;
■ Rester en veille afin de mieux appréhender le marché et la profession ;
■ Etre force de proposition pour tenir à jour la FAQ et les guides du service et faire

remonter les retours clients ;
**Compétences**:

- Issu(e) d’une formation en vente Bac+2 minimum, vous disposez de 1 à 2 années d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques...la connaissance du CRM Hubspot, d’Aircall et d’Intercom serait un plus.
- Vous démontrez une belle capacité à atteindre vos objectifs et à gérer un processus de vente
- Les techniques de vente consultatives vous sont familières et vous savez habillement négocier
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l’espagnol (l’anglais serait un plus).

- Doté d’un excellent relationnel, patient, à l’écoute et empathique
- Sens de l’organisation, gestion des priorités et autonome
- Très bonne élocution et excellentes qualités rédactionnelles
- Désir d'apprendre et de progresser, curieux et résolveur de problèmes.
- Appétence pour l’univers du digital et des nouvelles technologies
- Bonnes aptitudes commerciales, force de proposition et de conviction
- Fort esprit d’équipe
