We have an amazing opportunity for a French speaker to live in sunny Lisbon, and work as a Technical Customer Support Agent for a major internet platform. This is a great chance for someone looking to spend the Summer in the Sun or relocate your life to somewhere where the sun is out most of the year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and provide personalised solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide feedback

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in French, both written and spoken (C1, C2)
- Strong communication skills in English (B2)
- Experience in technical Troubleshooting (preferable)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail

What we offer:

- €890 per month (14 months)
- Performance bonus: €100 per month
- €7.23 per day in food card - an extra €159 per month
- Relocation package : Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months and Apartment Room with rent of 280€ for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)
- Monday to Friday - 8 am to 8 pm

Saturday to Sunday - 8 am to 5 pm
