Key Highlights:

We are seeking a skilled French-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for website-related services to our French-speaking clients.

You will be working onsite in Lisbon, helping French-speaking customers with their technical inquiries and resolving issues related to our website solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include providing high-quality customer service, troubleshooting technical problems, guiding customers through technical steps, and assisting with website-related troubleshooting.

You will also be responsible for documenting all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in French (C2 level required), intermediate English proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in French (C2 level required)
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and troubleshooting methods
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and customers simultaneously
Working Conditions:

You will be working onsite in Lisbon, Portugal, as part of a 24/7 rotating shift pattern.

As part of this role, you will be required to work night shifts and weekends.
