Overview
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our client's customer support team in Lisbon. As a website solutions company, we need people who are fluent in German and have a good knowledge of English to provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is €1,280 per month (based on a 6-month contract), including a complexity bonus up to €180 per month and a meal allowance of €7.23 per day worked.
Job Description
As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions. You will also educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites. Working closely with the product and development teams, you will resolve complex technical issues and stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;
- Intermediate level of English (B2);
- Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory);
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users;
- Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
