Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are a global technology and services leader, empowering brands to improve their businesses with integrated solutions. As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Lisbon office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective customer support through chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot user problems, offering guidance and solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
• Educate users on platform features, helping them maximize the potential of their websites.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Stay updated on new features and updates to provide accurate support.
• Collect and relay user feedback to continually improve the overall user experience.
**Requirements:**
• Fluency in Portuguese (written and oral) and English (B2 level).
• Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech-savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
