About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our website solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.

Job Description
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions to user issues with the platform.
  • Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
  • Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and oral European Portuguese language skills (B2 level)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
  • Prior experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role is an asset
