Customer Service Expert with Website Solutions Experience

We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our website solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.
Job Description- Provide expert guidance and solutions to user issues with the platform.
- Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
- Work closely with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
- Fluent written and oral European Portuguese language skills (B2 level)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
- Prior experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role is an asset
- Competitive salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience
- Full-time contracts with indefinite duration
