Role Overview

The Customer Service Expert will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and adding value to their experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer-centric work and a knack for problem-solving.

About Us

We are an internationally operating company in the logistics and transportation sector, based in the Venray area. Our team works together to provide exceptional service to our clients and drive efficiency in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities

You will take care of daily incoming orders and calls, registering all contact moments in our CRM system. You will also act on customer complaints, following up actively and accurately with a problem-solving mindset. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product and sales information, liaising with various internal departments on stock and financial issues.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong educational background (MBO/HBO level) and native or near-native German language skills, with excellent English language proficiency. Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably B2B experience, is also highly valued. Strong problem-solving, anticipation, and organization skills are essential, along with multitasking, flexibility, and stress resistance in a dynamic environment. Finally, a decisive, hands-on, and proactive personality is required to thrive in this position.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €35,000 - €40,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including excellent MS Office, Excel, and Outlook skills, as well as experience with ERP systems.
