Customer Service Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Website Solutions team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
About the Role:
- Provide top-notch support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and offer effective solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months), €15,400 gross/year.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €180/month (12 months), €2,160 gross/year.
- Meal Allowance: €7.23/day (net), €1,908.72 gross/year.
- Transport Allowance: €20/month, €240 gross/year.
- Total compensation: €17,548.72 gross/year plus a performance bonus of €2,160 gross/year.
