Customer Support Representative for a Leading Website Solutions Company

Are you a fluent German speaker with excellent English skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service?
We're seeking dedicated professionals to join our client's customer support team as a key member responsible for providing exceptional assistance via various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will possess native or advanced German proficiency, an intermediate level of English, and relevant experience in customer-facing roles. They should be tech-savvy, able to quickly learn new software, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues, stay up-to-date with new client features, and provide accurate support to users. You will also collect and relay user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions
- Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites
- Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience
Required Skills:
- Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency
- Intermediate level of English (B2)
- Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory)
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
Benefits:
- Base salary: 1100€/month
- Complexity bonus up to 180€/month
- Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day worked
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays), 24/7, with night shift
- 2 days off: 2-day rotational
- Working contract: 6 months (renewable)
