Technical Support Specialist for Website Solutions

Cross Border Talents is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our website technical solutions department, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to French-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues related to website services and solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and analyze customer queries to provide efficient solutions for website setup, configurations, and usage.
- Customer Service: Guide customers through technical steps, ensuring they understand features and functionalities of our website solutions.
- Fluency in French (C2 level required)
- Intermediate English (B2 level or higher)
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Competitive Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience
