We are looking for a marketing manager to oversee the planning, and development of all marketing aspects related to a real estate portal.

**Role and responsibilities include**:

- Plan and oversee the creative direction including branding, content, marketing, and sales collateral of the site.
- Work closely with the SEO and Customer Success team to understand FAQs from prospects and customers to create fresh, relevant, and value-adding content (eg: Case Studies).
- Plan and oversee the creation of marketing assets including flyers, websites, and social channels.
- Help develop nurturing funnels for inbound leads to convert into sales opportunities.
- Analyze, measure, and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create and implement the communication strategy.
- 4 years + Digital marketing experience, Real Estate marketing a plus.
- Have a perfect command of spoken and written English.
- Have project management experience and be able to deal with other marketing assets in the team
- Be organized and a team player.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation (Pardot and Salesforce would be a plus).
- Experience in building and optimizing landing pages and lead funnels.
- A keen eye and ability to work with a variety of tools and software.
