**About the Team**

A London-based tech start-up and a team of entrepreneurs with a proven track record. We are solving our own problem (one we faced every day as engineers) of how difficult it is to order custom manufactured parts via conventional manufacturing, we are on a mission

**Our Product**

A revolutionary platform that completely digitises the existing process of quoting and ordering of custom manufactured parts whilst ensuring the highest operational and quality outcomes. Our main customers are Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Procurement teams building the world’s most innovative products.

**About the Role**

As a Customer Success Manager you will be supporting Geomiq’s customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our platform. This role will have you unify the sales and support teams and continue to add value to Geomiq’s customers. You will be bridging the gap between sales and customer support as you will be monitoring two key aspects:

- When customers sign up to the platform
- When they receive their manufactured product

Customer Success picks up where sales leave off which means this is a vital role to add to Geomiq’s revenue generation and retention.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Developing healthy customer relationships
- Enhancing customer training of the Geomiq platform
- Evaluating and analysing the customer’s needs
- Building trust and transparency with internal and external stakeholders
- Helping to onboard new customers
- Working closely with the Sales Team to understand their needs with their accounts
- Developing the Customer Success process

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience required:_
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years experience working in a customer success role
- 2+ years experience working in a start-up environment and being very hands-on
- Excellent experience with relationship management
- Excellent experience with account management
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Experience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot)
