BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Facilities Technician at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.

Key Accountabilities
- Efectuar reparações e manutenção em equipamentos de construção, tais como, sistemas de compressão de ar, sistemas HVAC, caldeiras e sistemas de água quente sanitária (DHW), refrigeração a água, etc.
- Efetuar verificações periódicas de manutenção na Subestação de Transformação e instalação elétrica para o correto funcionamento e fornecimento de energia elétrica.
- Realizar a manutenção preventiva do sistema de Detecção e Combate a Incêndio.
- Executar ações de rotina, recolhendo, compilando e interpretando dados e preparando recomendações e relatórios de apoio à decisão do Supervisor de Instalações.
- Estabelecer contato com fornecedores e empresas contratadas, garantindo o atendimento e o cumprimento das normas de segurança, meio ambiente e procedimentos da empresa.
- Implementar e realizar trabalhos de manutenção preventiva.
- Registar todas as intervenções no Sistema de Gestão de Manutenção (SGM)
- Registar novos equipamentos no SGM todos os procedimentos de forma explícita e inequívoca, usando imagens, se possível, para que outros possam dar seguimento durante os períodos de férias e outras ausências.
- Cumprir as normas de segurança, qualidade, produtividade, higiene e prevenção ambiental.
- Cumprir as normas e regulamentos internos da organização: Código de Ética, Prática e Horário.
- Respeitar as regras de segurança e limpeza do local de trabalho
- Respeitar e cumprir as regras da política ambiental
- Participar ativamente na melhoria contínua do sistema de gestão ambiental
- Executar outras tarefas não compreendidas na atividade para a qual foi contratado, quando as necessidades ou conveniências do serviço o justifiquem, pelo período de tempo necessário às referidas necessidades ou conveniências do serviço

Education & Experience
- Ensino Secundário numa área relacionada (preferencial)
- + 3 anos de experiência em área da Manutenção de Edifícios e Instalações (preferencial)
- Conhecimentos de serralheria e manuseamento de máquinas de manutenção (valorizado)
- Certificação TIM II ou TIM III para HVAC e gestão de energia (valorizada)
- Bons conhecimentos de nglês (preferencial)
- Conhecimentos informáticos como utilizador (conhecimentos em Excel)
- Conhecimentos em Pneumática
- Conhecimentos na árean da manutenção da rede elétrica e documentação de melhorias
- Português Fluente
