**About the role**
- Our Talent Acquisition team, composed of 24 people, is integrated in the HR Business Line department
- As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will be responsible for developing, executing and implementing talent sourcing and acquisition strategies. The selected individual will do this by working in collaboration with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and enhance an effective recruiting program that will attract highly qualified individuals by understanding current market trends and talent pools.
- You will be accountable for:

- Writing and publishing our internal/external Job Posting(s) by using Solvay’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to develop clear and concise results-oriented job descriptions and for taking ownership in the published advertisement.
- Recruit local market to fill critical needs by developing recruiting strategies for site specific recruiting channels and partnerships.
- We offer a 6 months Internship contract based on hybrid working mode.

**About you**
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in HR or related areas
- German speaker (native or fluent)
- Competencies:

- Fluent German is mandatory
- Good level of English
- Strong customer service orientation skills

**About the pay and benefits**
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: Internship Allowance for this role is from 940€ to 1040€, based on your education
