- Basic understanding of software or IT systems/cloud and/or cloud experience;
- Businessfluent English (speaking and writing);
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactive and analytic, with a continuous improvement mindset;
- At least 3 years of proven relevant professional experience in global IT operations;
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs, setting up SLA and OLA agreements;
- Advanced knowledge of Agile ways of working and the DevOps approach in previous tasks;
- Develop and execute incident response plans to minimize downtime and service disruptions;
- Efficiently manage tickets using Internal ITSM tool, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction;
- Create, update, and enhance service documentation to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
