Descrição do emprego

Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com a contratação de um **Técnico(a) de Suporte IT** para a área de Tecnologias da Informação.

Este profissional irá assegurar a manutenção de equipamentos e serviços e a assistência técnica aos utilizadores de tecnologias da informação das diferentes áreas de negócio do grupo, bem como a resolução dos pedidos de suporte escalados internamente ou para parceiros/fornecedores.
- Suporte aos equipamentos, soluções e serviços disponíveis nas empresas do Grupo MysticInvest;
- O Suporte pode ser efetuado de forma presencial (no escritório ou nas unidades do grupo) ou remotamente, seja por telefone ou ferramentas adequadas;
- Assegurar a resposta atempada aos pedidos de suporte ou de apoio efetuados, de acordo com os SLA's em vigor;
- Assegurar resposta e ações preventivas recorrendo aos serviços de monitorização e alerta, minimizando ou mitigando falhas ou incidentes;
- Assegurar a criação e gestão de acessos aos sistemas informáticos do grupo;
- Assegurar a redação de reports de serviço e a passagem de turno;
- Assegurar a gestão do inventário e registo de alterações de equipamentos ou serviços;
- Assegurar o registo de incidentes, eventos e problemas, com vista à melhoria contínua do serviço;
- Assegurar a redação e gestão de base de conhecimento de suporte técnico de 1ª e 2ª linha, promovendo a proficiência das mesmas.

Qualificações
- Formação superior ou Curso técnico relevante na área de gestão de Informação; Informática; Engenharias ou Ciências da Computação;
- Conhecimentos em comunicações (WiFi, switching e routing) e conhecimentos em tecnologias de IPTV e VOIP (preferencial);
- Boa capacidade de organização, versatilidade, proatividade, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipa.
