**Role Summary**:
Based in our IQVIA office in Oeiras, Portugal, the Customer Success / Client Service Team is responsible for delivering excellent service and support to IQVIA customers (Pharma, Consumer Health, Medical Devices, HQ and subsidiaries), on Business Intelligence Solutions as well as on all IQVIA data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and build positive client relationships, understanding their requirements in terms of data and services
- Serve as an expert contact for clients using IQVIA data, software and services
- Conduct client training on all aspects of IQVIA data and systems
- Provide additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues
- Define and manage production of ad-hoc studies for clients and coordinate internal production of regular client deliveries
- Ensure all contracted services are delivered and look for opportunities to expand usage of current or new services
- Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA data, working if necessary with other teams to ensure that a full and timely response is provided
- Conduct client service meetings at customer site

**Skills, Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Science, Economics, Market Research or similar
- Experience managing quantitative data
- Ability to understand and communicate detailed analysis and report on client needs and issues
- Strong resilience and a great ability to adapt to new processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent team player
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in Portuguese and English: spoken and written

**Beneficial Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare market
- Experience working with cross functional and multi-geographical teams
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Power BI
