A leading financial services group who manages assets for institutional, wholesale and retail clients across the globe. This group is divided into four Business Areas, such as Business Banking, Personal Banking, Large Corporates & Institutions, and Asset & Wealth Management.

The team you are going to be part of is as Asset & Wealth Management.

**Your new role***
- Support and manage Salesforce Team and Marketing Cloud including system administration, support and continuous improvement;
- Salesforce Platform (CRM) and Marketing cloud integration;
- Support sales teams, SME's, Business Owners, Product Owners and Service Providers;
- User maintenance reports, workflows and dashboards;
- Manage security of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud instances;
- Manage operational user and system requests and issues;
- Provide training and support to end users and develop relevant materials;
- Defining and implement best practice standards and guidelines and ensure that all the changes are managed according to governance and best practice;
- Helpdesk support of system users;
- Data model optimization and user interfaces optimization;
- Coordinate continuous development, test and Integration of new features.
- Have the opportunity to learn and work in an exciting and fast-paced environment;

**What you’ll need to succeed***
- Degree in Computing Science or in Engineering, or any other related fields;
- You are Salesforce certified (at least Platform Developer I & App Builder);
- Good knowledge in at least one of the following: Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, AMP Script, HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST and Lightning Development;
- Experience in environment management (backup, release and deployment);
- You are a Leader with expertise in Salesforce;
- You have a deep interest in AI technology, web and cloud platforms;
- Experience or interest in Asset Management or Finance is valued;
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, self-organizing and creative;
- Analytical, structured and have a problem-solving mindset;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
