Salesforce Development Leader

The Devoteam Group is committed to delivering exceptional digital transformation solutions for leading organisations across EMEA. As a Salesforce Development Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cloud strategy and driving innovation through cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.
You will lead the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform, architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and analysts.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment, as well as mentoring and coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews. Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware is highly desirable.
Key qualifications include at least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform, strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.
