Salesforce Development Lead

Responsibilities
1. Propose and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages and frameworks.
2. Participate in complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions using coding best practices.
3. Your client-centric mindset allows you to identify and recommend creative solutions to build extensions to the out-of-the-box capabilities of the platform.
4. Guide the development team to a successful setup and ensure they follow the best practices.
5. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources like architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and any technical issues.
6. Understand dependencies and anticipate regressions on the platform.
7. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and provide constant updates on the development of features in the sprint.
8. Ensure functional and technical health of features developed by your peers by cross-testing among the development team and being involved in all test phases.
9. Help the support team troubleshoot and deliver quality solutions to bugs raised in production.
Your Profile
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally with exposure to call center solutions.
3. Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, super badges).
4. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products (ability to investigate and debug issues).
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Strong knowledge of Agile methodology. Experience with Jira and Confluence is suitable.
7. Previous exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is a plus.
