Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
- Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes. As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administration within the GBS Core Benefits & Time Team for all defined adidas International Pension Plan (IPP) processes, tools and programmes on a European and global level (EMEA, UAE, APAC, LAM)
- Be a contact person for the local HR community of all GEO locations and relevant stakeholders regarding IPP operational tasks.
- Timely execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables and service levels in compliance with IPP global policies, eligibility criteria as well as our stakeholders’ guidelines.
- Advise, review and manage employee data in order to enrol new or existing members
- Create an account for new members and/or update an account for existing members
- Review and manage IPP contributions, request for information, consolidate data, prepare and upload contribution files
- Administer invoicing and financial processes, create credit and debit notes incl. recharging if required
- Manage overpayment processes
- Support in the preparation of data and system audits and execute accordingly
- Provide consistent information to GEO HR Local and stakeholders on new and ongoing uploads and enrolments according to IPP processes and stakeholder’s data base
- Manage operational withdrawal processes, set up withdrawal form for hardship cases and update leavers data in the system
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IPP procedures, processes and systems and respective documentation
- Ensure correct execution of IPP regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures and stakeholders’ guidelines
- Suggest modification of systems and processes in order to ensure correct execution of tasks and compliance to IPP and stakeholders’ guidelines and company policies
- Provide input for creation of user manuals and process mappings
- Provide input for communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees, GEO HR locals and stakeholders

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, ZIO
- Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
- Team player mentality
- Strong customer focus and service minded
- International mind-set; first experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team
- Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or Commercial education
- 3+ years relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR and IPP related issues
- Very good command of English and German
- Experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
- Fully qualified/trained in job, deep knowledge in IPP and HR Shared Service set-up
