**Who we are**

Mantra is a global company that offers wellness retreats for customers and corporations in unique locations worldwide. Mantra allows people to recharge themselves and renew their energy while taking a break from the day-to-day race.

**What the role is**

In this position, you will manage the B2B sales operation in the region/country.
You will work closely with the country team and will be a strategic player in the successful rollout and growth of Mantra in the region.

**What you will be doing**
- Build and drive full B2B sales cycle
- Manage and grow a pipeline of new clients
- Develop and manage the region's sales strategy
- Generate revenue by selling corporate retreats to businesses, and organizations
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets for both - new business and expansion
- Effectively communicate Mantra's value proposition through proposals and presentations.

**What you need for the role**
- Proven sales experience, with a focus on B2B sales
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and executives
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions between multiple stakeholders
- Excellent English verbal and written
- Thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding quotas
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to close
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
