**About the job**
The KYC Manager primary focus is to manage all the teams and activities under his/her scope. A key part of the role, is to be in close contact and strengthen collaboration with business and other function stakeholders, (locally and in the sites), ensuring new waves of nearshoring, in due time and productivity ramp-up. Additionally, it is part of the mission to promote the global strategy / transformation and ensure its operational implementation through change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Lead the KYC teams/functions in all aspects and represent it in various forums (PIMH ExCo, Service Revewis, Commitees, etc...)
Manage, support and coach team managers/team leaders, as well as steer, supervise and delegate the teams’ activities, ensuring proper management of each team/task
Manage people accordingly to their skills and in the context of continuous improvement, sponsor initiatives and learning development. Foster people’s growth within the team or in the company. Define objectives for the year and perform regular objective review with each direct report, to align performance with objectives and lead the compensation review process in coordination with Senior Management, HR and Team Managers / Teams Leaders
Foster a culture of staff engagement and quality of service, focused on adding value to the different steps and stakeholders of the chain, promoting change and continuous improvement, maximizing the team spirit and load balancing across teams
Coordinate the recruitment process with Team Manager/Leader and HR, from need identification and interview to validation of profile. Support, define and monitor training plan. Ensure new team members welcome and integration within the teams, monitoring evolution, sharing feedback with PIMH Head and/or HR, when appropriate
Ensure productivity and quality targets are met and KPIs created and completed, related to the activity and staff. Monitor and control the delivery of service as defined in SLA's
Manage stakeholder relationships and foster its improvement by providing all expected reporting to management (locally and in the sites) as defined in the SLA's. Conduct regular and documented service reviews, maintaining good communications with the onshore managers and keeping SLA's updated
Together with the Head of PIMH, manage the onboarding of new scopes, with the help of the project and management support teams, participating on the scoping, accompanying the project and onshore teams in the building of the new team and its implementation (assessment, recruitment, training, go live,..)
Ensure the preparation of the Operational Team Budget and ensure actual are in line
Ensure preparation and implementation of a Business Continuity Plan and ERS strategy with Department managers and team leaders
Perform tasks or/and participate in projects needed for the efficient achievement of the Group objectives
**Profile and Skills to Success**
Degree in Law, Finance, Management, Business Administration and/or proven professional experience.
Knowledge of the Bank's activities and the content of the various banking businesses.
Prior experience in Compliance - Know Your Client - KYC and Banking and Financial Operations
