Procuramos um** IT & Cloud Helpdesk** para projeto em modelo híbrido de longa duração em **Lisboa**.

Este projeto é para quem sempre gostou do mundo dos dados. Aqui estarás integrado numa equipa que procura ajudar outras organizações nos seus processos de Transformação Digital e Data Strategy através de áreas como a Inteligência Artificial, Big Data, Data Analytics e Engenharia de Software.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 4 anos na área de Service Desk ou Administração de Sistemas;
- Conhecimentos ao nível do Windows Server (Domain Controller, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, IIS, etc.);
- Conhecimentos na plataforma Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, controlo de licenciamento);
- Conhecimentos em Microsoft Azure;
- Conhecimentos em Gestão de Redes;
- Conhecimentos em Fortinet.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestão do parque informático (software e hardware);
- Gestão de utilizadores;
- Suporte e apoio aos utilizadores;
- Instalação e manutenção de equipamentos informáticos (computadores, redes, impressoras, comunicações, entre outros);
- Gestão e manutenção de redes;
- Monitorização e manutenção de sistemas;
- Gestão de backups e segurança;
- Automatização de processos.
