As an HR Specialist, you will be part of our Employee Operations team supporting our HR colleagues, Business Partners, and other internal customer on employee lifecycle processes for the European Region (EMEA).
In your new role you will:
- **Be responsible for the administration of HR-related matters **(e.g., terminations, telework, sideline job, change of working hours, extension of temporary contracts, data maintenance, etc.) **for the European Region (EMEA) **and **act as contact point of contact for customers via our HR platform **- MyHR;
- Provide **support to our HR Business Partners **and their business areas with administrative processes **within the employee lifecycle **;
- **Share and exchange HR related information **with all levels of the organization;
- Be responsible for **ensuring all practices are legally compliant and in line with Infineon's policies and procedures **;
- Initiate **process improvements and support the digitalization of HR processes **.
You are a highly proactive person who easily establishes successful cooperation with your team and others. With your methodic and organized working style, you efficiently structure your activities. Furthermore, your service mindset and your strong customer orientation allow you to target specific needs and provide a high-quality service of excellence. Furthermore, you are a very communicative person and a true team player.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **A degree **in **Human Resources, Psychology **, **Languages **, or a similar field of studies;
- **Experience in HR **or in a **Customer Support role **;
- Good command of **Microsoft Office **;
- An affinity towards digital tools;
- **Good command of German and English **(mandatory).
