The Global HR Operations function at COFCO International is about delivering state-of-the-art HR Services, executed accurately, on time, and according to defined standards globally along the entire employee lifecycle to ensure the HR community can focus on its core strengths to achieve the HR strategy and offer a flawless HR experience for all employees and business leaders. As a Global HR Operations Specialist, you’ll be one of the experts on all questions surrounding HCM Technologies, HR Data, and global HR processes. You must be a reliable and true partner of our country's HR Teams, supporting maintaining, and improving all operational HR activities through human-centric HR processes, a data-driven mindset, and cost-effective solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cooperation with HR Teams**: Ensure all country HR teams are fully involved and supported.
Act as a main point of contact for teams in culturally diverse regions by being flexible in your daily routines, staying ahead of bottlenecks, and identifying opportunities to improve the support executing the Global HR Calendar activities.

**Global HRIS Support**: Act as point of contact for questions related to SuccessFactors and all modules used at CIL (Employee Central, Time-Off, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Learning, Workforce Analytics and Reporting).
Ensure adequate service level for HR Operations customers across regions, managing incidents and change requests.

**Data-Driven HR**: Work with the HR community to ensure the integrity of HR Data implement and execute data governance mechanisms to ensure the right data is being collected at the right level of accuracy.

**HR Projects**: Lead or be part of a wide range of projects related to HR processes and systems.

**Annual HR process execution**: Support local HR on the execution of the Global HR Processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, Headcount Planning, Salary Review, etc.

**Continuous Improvement**: Generate actionable insights to drive process standardization, optimization, and automatization in HR Operations processes.

**Maintain the GHRO knowledge base**: Training Delivery to Local HR. Generate insights for our HR processes.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in a relevant area of studies
- Minimum 2 years experience working with HR Operations and HRIS, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
- General knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent English in listening, reading, speaking, and writing; additional languages are a plus, especially Portuguese and Spanish.
- Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness and a genuine desire to proactively assist others with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Good attention to detail and passion with an aptitude for accuracy and quality.
- Data-driven with analytical capabilities.
- Takes initiative and can demonstrate the ability to achieve goals independently, including analyzing situations and establishing priorities.
- Supportive team player with a drive to create a positive work environment.
- Culturally open-minded and able to perform in a highly diverse company environment.
