**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The HR Operations Specialist performs a full range of human resource administration for EIMEA. Primarily responsible for HBF Link maintenance, employee onboarding/exiting, policy and training administration and business reporting.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**
- Complete HR Shared Services and HR Systems tickets within the designated Service Level Agreement. This includes the following duties:

- HBF Link: Initiate new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, demotions, non-periodic increases, one-time payments and leave status updates. Design and run HBF Link reports based on ticket request data. Monitor HBF Link changes to ensure processes are completed appropriately. Submit tickets to HCM as needed.
- SAP: Perform requisition support as per the ticket request type.
- Handle daily enquiries from employees in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- New Hire Support: prepare and send new hire documentation.
- Implement needed organizational changes and restructures in HBF Link.
- Support HR project related work across the region.
- Support HR Directors and Business Partners with policy questions and employee file/history related questions. Train new HRD’s and HRBP’s on HBF Link as needed.
- Supports business leaders on global automated HR processes for assigned groups.
- Liaison on company policies, procedures and guidelines for employees.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Administrator role
- Enthusiast for continuous process improvement
- Values transactional work and routine deliverables
- International mindset and strong customer focus
- Excellent command of English language
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Workday is a plus
