As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and conducting training for all projects led by the Digital HR Team globally. You will work closely with a variety of SMEs and project stakeholders to identify new training requirements and design and develop training courses and materials for all training needs, working with the Digital Training Partner on the creation of instructional design materials.
**Accountabilities**:
In this role, you will work with SMEs/project stakeholders to identify new training requirements, develop Training Need Analysis, design and develop training programs and materials (guides, videos, presentations, e-learning), conduct training sessions or train the trainer sessions, administer training courses in LMS, work with stakeholders to maintain accuracy and keep the content up to date, work with external vendors and/or internal stakeholders to manage translations, monitor effectiveness of training and take action to ensure continuous improvement. You may also be involved in the testing of new solutions and functionalities.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Significant experience in writing training materials and delivering training virtually across global teams
- Knowledge of LMS systems (Saba Cloud preferred)
- Tech-savvy person, able to quickly learn how to use new tools/systems
- Ability to work successfully with limited supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eye for detail & eye for design
**Essential Skills/Experience**:
- Knowledge of HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow strongly preferred)
- Experience with development of e-learning or other interactive content
- Knowledge of e-learning authoring app(s)
- Knowledge of video editing software
- HR background
