**Commercial Support Technician**

**Missão**

Apoiar a gestão das atividades relacionadas com o Ciclo Comercial - em especial GPL - com elevada qualidade na execução e com eficiência de custos, maximizando o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço e objetivos de negócio por forma a potenciar o desenvolvimento sustentável e a máxima satisfação dos Clientes.

**Atividades**
- Apoiar a gestão e a execução integrada das operações, relativas ao ciclo comercial dos Cliente B2C (segmento particular e SOHO) da Galp Comercial (G&P e GPL), em especial no que respeita ao negócio do GPL, satisfazendo com elevada qualidade as necessidades dos clientes, internos e externos da Galp;
- Acompanhar a execução das atividades operacionais relacionadas com o ciclo comercial do GPL, cumprindo com os objetivos e níveis de serviço da Galp Comercial, com elevada qualidade e fiabilidade;
- Acompanhar a execução das atividades operacionais relacionadas com o GPL, promovendo a sua minimização e soluções de recuperação de valores em dívida, bem como a correta gestão de mecanismos de corte de fornecimento, cumprindo com os objetivos e níveis de serviço da Galp Comercial, com elevada qualidade e fiabilidade;
- Analisar os processos e a fiabilidade dos dados que constam no sistema comercial;
- Apoiar na organização, sistematização e elaboração de relatórios periódicos e informação operacional relevante sobre as atividades da área, por forma a satisfazer as necessidades de informação das áreas de Planeamento e Controlo, Contabilidade, Tesouraria, Pricing e Regulação e das unidades clientes, com elevada qualidade e fiabilidade.

**Pretendemos**
- 12º ano em áreas de Economia ou Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou Contabilidade;
- Orientação para o Cliente;
- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
- Comunicação positiva e assertiva;
- Capacidade de trabalho sob pressão;
- Competências analíticas (preferencial);
- Gestão e desenvolvimento de processos;
- Fluência em inglês;
- Conhecimentos informáticos/tecnologias de informação, preferencialmente em sistemas de Billing, Excel e Power BI (intermédio ou avançado)
