**Working in the Growth Team**

The Growth team is the driving force behind our customer-centric approach and future product roadmap. As part of the team, your mission is to enhance our online presence, connect with our audience, and help tell the Open Cosmos story - shaping our brand narrative through content and strategies across various digital platforms.

**What will you be doing?**

Want to be part of the team that launches Open Cosmos right to the forefront of the New Space industry? As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll get to shape our digital marketing strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring our business goals to life.

Alongside this, you’ll play a pivotal role in creation and management across all digital platforms, ensuring all content is engaging and SEO-optimised, managing social media to enhance brand awareness and bringing OC to the forefront of the New Space Industry.

A data driven marketing approach is a must - so you'll also closely monitor and analyse website traffic, digital campaign performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs), generating regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.

**What you need to be successful**
- Capability to deliver digital marketing through a variety of channels and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use a combination of logic, analysis and past experience to solve pressing issues.
- You’ll be communicating a lot The ability to articulate yourself well to various audiences both verbally and in writing is a must.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving digital trends.
- Able to create digital assets in programmes such as Adobe Indesign/Adobe Illustrator or Canva a bonus.
