The Group Process Specialist - Locations & Properties Master Data (LPMD) and Identity & Access Master Data (IAMD) is responsible for maintaining documentation, data quality monitoring, education & training and all improvements surrounding these processes.
**Key Tasks**:
**Documentation**:
- Create, implement & maintain documentation such as standards, processes, data dictionaries and other defined **documentation**:
- Identify, plan and mitigate **risks** to processes
**Data Quality Monitoring & Maintenance**:
- Define, create and implement **qualitative and quantitative measures / tools** to proactively manage data quality
- Maintain and produce **data quality reporting**
**Education & Training**:
- Conduct **training** sessions for relevant stakeholders as needed
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Conduct / maintain **audits / periodic reviews / lessons learnt** as needed
- Utilize findings to create an **improvement pipeline** and systematically implement improvements to drive efficiency and streamline processes
**General**:
- Stakeholder management, communication, cross functional collaboration with stakeholders such as ISSC, countries, downstream system owners, IT, compliance etc
- Lead various projects related to master data
- Ad-hoc requests from upper management
- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education
**Skills and competencies**:
**Functional Knowledge**
- Experience with locations & properties and / or employee data management processes
- Experience mapping and improving processes utilizing various methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma for continuous improvement
- Basic knowledge of how to plan, prioritize, manage risks / issues
Technical skills:
- Microsoft Office especially Visio, Excel and Powerpoint. MS Project is an advantage
- Any experience with Power BI, JIRA, SharePoint, SAP Cloud for Real Estate (C4RE), Sailpoint, Active Directory is an advantage
