PRODUCT

We're the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners to designing and testing hypotheses to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers, and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to run the go-to-market and sales enablement strategies to support client onboarding, and retention and drive product adoption across our suite of luxury e-commerce and clienteling solutions. You will lead the launch of new products that enable brands and retailers to deliver the ultimate, connected luxury experience to their customers across web, mobile and app environments.

This role is suitable for a creative, strategic marketeer who understands product development and has experience creating product marketing collateral. You will report to a Product Marketing Manager and have the support of the wider FPS Marketing team. This is a Maternity Cover Contract.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Use data and market research to inform how product storytelling is developed to ensure that product materials reflect client needs, in the context of the wider industry to create a competitive advantage for FARFETCH Platform Solutions-
- Contribute to the marketing strategy, and overarching product storytelling and help maintain the technical accuracy of marketing messagesDefine KPIs across activities to measure business impact and report back on quarterly results-
- Manage internal communications to promote the work of the Product team-
- Establish productive and collaborative relationships with multiple teams to understand their needs and illustrate product capabilities and value - including Product, Commercial, Operations, and the wider Marketing team-
- Identify, develop and embed new frameworks with cross-functional collaborators to improve ways of working and increase efficienciesWHO YOU ARE:

- You have product marketing or related product management and/or marketing experience in a B2B role
- You have a track record developing product marketing campaigns (messaging, positioning, and personas)
- You are creative, strategic, and commercially minded
- You are adept at collaborating with teams based in different geographies
- You possess excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through, managing multiple work streams and prioritizing needs across different stakeholders
- You are good at writing and producing a range of client-facing materials, simplifying technical product language into a compelling commercial copy that addresses the target audience
- You are good at speaking and presenting, and you can clearly explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will proactively spot opportunities to add value and are equally ready to get involved in whatever is thrown your way
