- To improve the Sales profitability and efficiency through the implementation of consistent pricing strategy is your domain? Work closely with other colleagues as Regional Sales Managers, Business Development and Marketing inspire you? Supporting Sales Development in line with strategic direction is your passion?

We are currently looking for a permanent postion of **Iberia Pricing Manager **for our location in Sintra.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- To improve the Sales profitability and efficiency through the implementation of consistent pricing strategy, coherent with Company goals and objectives
- Working closely with the Group Pricing Director develop strategy and tactics for implementing Price Increases linked to Customer Rebate agreements
- Implement pricing consistency (customer and product) by way of trade and net price list management and support
- Ensure we have a Project Pricing Model in place that supports our ambitious profitable growth plans
- Management of SPE by identifying key products and customers where action is required.
- Provide support and information to the Divisional Sales Managers to determine terms and conditions for key nationals, independents and buying groups
- Develop and monitor network of partners based on sound ‘business’ & ‘geographical’ strategy
- Implement consistent promotional strategy based on Company &/or brand performance
- To ensure all commercial aspects of product portfolio management are promoted and implemented
- Provide tools and information required to support local (regional) decision making in a timely fashion
- To provide a strong communication interface between the Sales Management, Product Marketing and Finance & Controlling teams
- Support respective Market Segment and Market Area Directors and Divisional Sales Managers in all controlling matters, including NCM/GCM reporting and recommend areas to focus to improve profitability of the business; work pro-actively to find areas of improvement and ways to improve efficiency
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and reporting as required Develop, implement and manage key measures to direct business sales strategy
- To be responsible for the management of the Rebate reports and highlight to the MA areas for consideration that may affect our budget
- To work closely with Group Controlling to support annual budgetary requirements and monthly analysis to ensure we are on plan
- Support the SOP process
- To support the Team in providing accurate Price Information and Services for Quotations to win profitable project business
- To develop, review and monitor the systems and processes for non-standard products and project (commercial) business opportunities
- Develop, implement and manage key measures to direct business sales strategy.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in business administration or equal qualification
- Previous pricing experience is a requirement (preferably in a B2B environment
- Broad Knowledge of Business and Processes, fully conversant in SAP
- Technical job knowledge: Controlling with focus in sales controlling; accounting & finance, knowledge about labour and company law
- Prodedure knowledge: Financial Manual; basic knowledge in IFRS; profitability evaluation and project controlling, process costing, P&L processes, time management in regard to reporting deadlines
- Tools, equipment and IT systems MS office/Outlook & Intranet: Advanced experience in MS Office especially in Excel; other locally used tools such as Hansa, SAP
- Intercultural competence
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Strategic business (or Global Market) thinking
- English, Portuguese are a must. Spanish desired.
- Open to Travel 50% of his time
