We are currently recruiting a tech support agent to ensure our clients are happy and correctly using our medical device that helps them track their level of sugar in the blood - helping people with Diabetes have one less stress.

If you are passionate about helping people and have at least 1 year of experience in tech support, this would be a great fit

Part of your daily activities will be:

- Being the clients point of contact for all their queries
- Advise clients with an attentive and personalized treatment

**Requirements**:

- English Speaker (C1);
- Experience in troubleshooting of at least 1 year;
- Right to work in Portugal (Visa, citizenship)
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon with rotational shifts
