HR ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2306HRM15278)

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Act as the first point of contact in HR for employees, responding to and resolving specific queries across the full spectrum of HR activities
- When appropriate, seek assistance from other areas of HR, maintaining ownership of simple queries to resolution and handing off complex queries efficiently
- Process HR transactions using a range of HR systems
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee data integrity on key systems
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the full range of HR policies and processes in order to deal with employee queries

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management or other relevant field
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
- Awareness of employee relations matters, HR policies and operational processes
- Ability to use a range of software and tools, and develop an understanding of HR systems
- Ability to plan and deliver results in a reactive/proactive customer service environment
- Attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work on several tasks concurrently
- Passion for client service and commitment to operational excellence

**About the Team**
- The HR Administration Trainee will be part of a team of HR Connect Administration Officers
- The Team provides exceptional customer service to employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and performing transactional processes throughout the employee life cycle in a timely and accurate manner
