**This job includes responsibility in both commercial and customer care area**:

- Following up and contact with inbound leads (individuals and companies)
- Showcasing the courses catalog available at the school, based on efficient interaction with students;
- Cross-collaborating with various departments;
- Strict adherence to the school's level of excellence, promoting an unforgettable experience with the goal of earning students' loyalty;
**Essentials**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- High capacity for planning and organisation;
- Being proactive and solution-oriented;
- Objective-driven, ambitious, and having a strategic vision;
- Listening skills and the capacity to use persuasive techniques convincingly;
- Excellent competencies in the area of communication and teamwork;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility;
- Effective in both time-management and stress-management;
- Proficiency English - Fluent / near-native level.

**Nice to have**:

- Call-center experience;
- Experience with sales in a international setting;
