**À propos du poste**:
**En tant que HR Project Officer, vous devez**:

- Jouer un rôle proactif en contribuant et en définissant des stratégies d'engagement et de participation.
- Mener des centres d'évaluation et des processus de sélection
- Jouer un rôle actif dans l'amélioration continue des processus
- Rendre compte à diverses parties prenantes internes
- Maintenir à jour notre base de données de talents internes
- Fortes compétences analytiques
- Bonnes compétences opérationnelles dans un environnement logiciel
- Excellentes aptitudes à la prise de décision

**Nous recherchons**:

- **Compétences linguistiques : Français C1 / Anglais B2**:

- Une formation supérieure en ressources humaines
- Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des RH
- Expérience dans les centres et/ou méthodologies d'évaluation ou la gestion des talents sera appréciée.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication
- Expérience avec MS Office - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Doit avoir l'esprit d'équipe
- **Poste hybride - disponibilité pour voyager à Aveiro**
