We are Portugal’s largest automotive company with a success story of more than 70 years and we are looking for talented technologists to help us to revolutionize the whole mobility industry and Digitally transform our business.

Specifically, we aim to find someone to join our Business Development Team and help us lead the expansion of Salvador Caetano, both in Portugal and abroad.

What are we looking for in a Jr. Business Development Manager:

- Be a challenger: monitor mobility and automotive trends and identify new business opportunities to promote group’s expansion.
- Help creating our expansion path: work closely with different business areas to study new opportunities that fit into Salvador Caetano's expansion strategy.
- Be Adaptable and Resilient: be resilient in the face of obstacles, adaptable to changing circumstances and be able to remain focused on achieving long-term objectives.

Skills we value:

- Degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent.
- Structured, with analytical and conceptual capabilities;
- High levels of dynamism, communication skills and interpersonal relationships skills;
- Lifelong learner, curious, confident and team player;
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation;
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere;
- Passion for make things happen and getting excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems at pace;
- Proficiency in English.
- Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
