FEES AND COMISSION PROCESS SPECIALIST (JOB NUMBER: 2402CIBO17437)

**About the job**
- The Fees and Commission Process Specialist role requires Planning, executing, and finalizing projects supporting Fees and Commissions operations to be able to cope with growth and demands from business, process standardization and improvement. Tracking and managing all Business request, and ensuring there is a robust TOM implemented (before fact).

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Central point of contact for FO requests
- Collect and treat FO request to manage New Scope or Volume Increase on Existing Scope
- Contribute to the Business Requirement Description (BRD) documentation
- Provide Regular feedback on all Requests, Status and Blocking points
- Take initiative on internal transformation projects to improve Processes and Data quality
- Request the Top Brokers Statement Account every month
- Reconcile amount to be paid on Statement Account and ensure all Invoices on the Statement Account
- Raise any errors related to the Statement of Account with the Broker
- Organize and Facilitate calls with top Brokers related to unpaid invoices/their statement of account
- Review Reporting and ensure for the Top 5 Brokers any Invoices outstanding > 3 Months are clear and understood

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Accounting and Finance or Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluency in English
- Proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Great attention to detail
- Optimal organizational skills
- Able to develop and adapt to any process
- Expert analytical abilities
