**HR Operations Manager**, which
**Addeco Recruitment** is developing, in partnership with an American company, known worldwide for its commitment to innovation in high quality solutions and services for its clients.
You need to have about 5 years of experience in
**Human Resources**, namely knowledge of
**payroll **procedures,
**contract management**, and also background in
**contacting with labour authorities** and
**legal entities**.- You will be responsible for employee relations support and human resource consulting to managers and employees for Portugal.-
- You will develop HR policies and procedures (e.g., contract management, administration and compensation/benefits policies), manage the relation with payroll services provider, ensure the compliance with local labor legislation, prepare HR reporting and analysis, support HR projects and new programs implementation.-
