Our customer, a leading name in music streaming, is looking for a sales representative. In this exiting job you will become an expert in ad products, effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client. Futhermore you will:

- Perform ad sales (craft lead generation and outreach strategies, cold calls, discovery, pitches, advise on marketing strategies, respond to and negotiate RFPs, create media plans, overcome objections) to both warm and cold prospects.
- Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how Spotify advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation.
- Work independently, managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close in order to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Utilize sales technology stacks in order to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity.
- Identify ideal clients for handoff to Account Managers and partner with the AMs to provide a seamless transition for the client, including crafting thoughtful and creative media plans and carrying out upsells.
- Meet and exceed advertising revenue and sales activity quota/targets.

**Required skills**
- Fluent in German

You love advertising and sales.
You have 2-3 years experience in outbound sales and digital marketing with a proven record of driving revenue while managing a pipeline of both leads and opportunities, ideally with an international agency background
Strong negotiation skills: You have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal
You know how to prepare for, deliver effective client meetings, and craft an impactful sales rationale using data and research.
You know how a marketing/digital agency works, buys and sells
