**About the role**:
We are excited to announce that we are currently open in the market hiring a Assistant - Personal/Executive that will be supporting The EMEA VP and his team based in Lisbon
- Portugal who will provide professional and confidential assistance, planning, organizational and executive administrative support.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provides the primary interface between manager and direct reports.
- Conducts effective diary management and meeting scheduling.
- Coordinates and delivers domestic and overseas travel management, optimize travel costs.
- Fields incoming telephone calls / correspondence - assisting or redirecting where appropriate.
- Coordinates internal /external meetings /workshops / conferences /office functions with stakeholders, vendors and attendees.
- Ensures monthly expenses are correctly coded and claims are processed efficiently and on time.
- Manages induction programs for Manager's New team members Schedules and supports Manager's team annual and mid year performance reviews.
- Produces reports and presentations as and when required Assists and works with Administration Assistants, EA's and PA's throughout the organisation.
- Coordinates conference and workshop travel, logistics and catering, interfacing between stakeholders, attendees and vendors for Managers Completes all floor coordination and office management activities.

- Superior time management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
- A proactive, efficient and pragmatic approach with a strong ability to consider information and make decisions on how matters should be handled, and when to delegate tasks and escalate issues.
- The ability to work with confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner.
- A focus on action and implementation and the ability to design and document business report, processes and plans.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Previous experience with SAP will be advantageous
