**A **Manpower **encontra-se a recrutar Customer Service Representative (M/F) para prestigiado cliente situado em Oeiras.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Inputs orders received from internal and external customers;**
**Process sales invoicing in accordance with established procedures and standards;**
**Handles internal and external customer inquiries, claims and complaints;**
**Provides updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions;**
**Maintains and organizes log of calls, query details and responses;**
**Liaising with customers, ensuring constant focus on meeting the required service level;**
**Validates claims for credits and manages returned goods administration and credits to customer accounts;**
**Arranges stock checks for missing or over delivered stock;**
**Provides reports and handles non-routine and difficult inquiries across multiple functional areas (credits/debits, customer account management, supply chain, transportation);**
**Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practices;**
**Maintains and organizes log of calls, query details and responses.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Possess a recognized general educational qualification;**
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills;**
**Previous experience as Customer Service Clerk in Shipping and Logistics;**
**Methodical and able to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting;**
**Good knowledge of **Microsoftoffice **tools;**
**Good SAP knowledge (preferable);**
**Problem solving and ability to engage critical thinking;**
**Customer and results oriented;**
**Strong analytical skills;**
**Good level of english.**

**Hybrid regime - 2 days at home and 3 at the office**
**schedule: 9h00/17h30**
