Our client is the world’s largest retailer of coffee, capsule machines and coffee accessories - everyone knows the brand If you are looking for a position in which you will help customers with the purchase and provide post-purchase assistance, we are waiting for you You will ensure a warm and professional contact with each client of our client.
You will deliver excellent standards of service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving your professional purpose and contributing to the company’s future success.

**Your responsabilities**:

- Advise customers about our products and manage their expectations having into consideration their needs
- Assist customers during the after-sales stage
- Process complaints in a responsible way that the consumer is satisfied with the resolution

**Our expectations**:

- **You speak Flemish min C2**:

- **Fluent English level (min C1)**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

**Main duties**:

- Possible start on **17/05**:

- **Monday to Friday** 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) - weekends always off
- Competetive Salary and bonuses:

- €**1100€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year**

**-up to 100€** gross monthly performance bonus
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
- **Signing bonus: €2000 (**€500 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- **Work in our modern office in Lisbon,** _**Parque**_ **das **_**Nações**_
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
- Recruitment process is 100% online

**Relocation package**:

- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
