Tasks

**CS service**:

- Book an appointment with a Dealership for maintenance
- Book an appointment for a Recall
- Details on dealerships
- Warranty coverage
- General inquiries on car documentation ( e.g service history)

**Roadside assistance**:

- Breakdown assistance on location (technician sent to location)
- Recovery assistance (vehicle transported to dealership)

**Connect mobility service**:

- App utilization
- Services activation/ deactivation
- Services purchase
- Online appointment booking
- Adapter App
- Vehicle Monitoring
- Live Traffic Information

**Requirements**:

- A natural team player - we believe in supporting and developing our people,

Required skills
- Fluent in German
- C1 level of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving
- Sense of responsibility
