As a Paid Social Manager at Flix, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic management of our paid social media campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media advertising strategies across various platforms to effectively reach and engage our target audience.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and others.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide and present regular reporting and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Localization, Product and Analytics, to align paid social efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with external partners like Meta, Tiktok, other vendors and tools to manage and optimize campaigns to achieve overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid social media advertising to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of changes in social media algorithms, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns for consumer brands, preferably in the travel industry with at least 6-digits monthly budget.
- Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok, X and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that drives results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience managing and optimizing catalog feeds and dynamic ads.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, incrementality lift studies for both Brand and Conversions, and experience with testing and optimizing ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and optimization tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Smartly) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus.
