**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and direct customers with a warm smile and welcoming attitude.
- Provide accurate information about our products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Expertly answer customer inquiries, addressing specific questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by conducting price and feature comparisons.
- Skillfully cross-sell complementary products to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain fully stocked shelves and visually appealing displays to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage merchandise returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver outstanding customer service, especially during peak periods.
- Inform customers about ongoing discounts and special offers to drive sales.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to our Store Managers to continually improve our service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to better assist our customers.

**Requirements and Skills**:
✔Knowledge, as user, in Marketplaces' Software, mainly Mirakl.

✔Proven work experience in retail sales or a similar role.

✔Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles.

✔ Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures.

✔Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately.

✔ Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

✔ Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers.

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

✔ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

✔High school degree required; a BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus.
