Nortempo Braga encontra-se a recrutar Office Assistant (M/F) para conceituada empresa situada no Porto.
**As principais funções serão**:
- Suporte administrativo geral;
- Marcação de viagens;
- Lançamento de faturas;
- Apoio no departamento da contabilidade;
- Declarações fiscais;
- Pagamento e reconciliações bancárias;
- Apoio no processamento salarial;
- Suporte nos processos de incentivos e nos reports de gestão internos.
**Os principais requisitos serão**:
- Escolaridade mínima obrigatória (12ºano) ou licenciatura;
- Domínio da lingua inglesa e alemã (preferencial);
- Domínio do Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e Outlook);
- Organização e gestão de tempo;
- Autonomia e proatividade.
