We are looking for
**Customer Support Advisors** to provide a stellar customer experience. You will be working on behalf of one of the most well-known cosmetic brands in the world.

Your mission is to create enthusiasm around our clients’ services and solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.

**What you will be doing at Webhelp**
- Develop technical skills that will empower you to support the after-sales process and every step related to it (i.e. online orders, refunds ).
- Provide warm contact with the clients, attend to their queries, and add value by increasing our brand awareness.

**What we are looking for**
- **Proficiency or native in Spanish (C2)**:

- **Fluent in English (B2)**:

- Previous experience in customer service or as a sales representative is a plus
- Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit
- Enjoy identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions
- Treat all personal data and information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Proactive, results-oriented, motivated, and able to work as a team player in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
